Illustration based and inspired by “The New abnormal” album by the Strokes.
This is another failed attempt for gig poster, this time for The Strokes gig in
Mexico City. The art is based in a lot of sci fi and retro-futuristic art from the 80ʼs
combined with my own topics, a New and weird combination between spirituality
and machine, the meaning of inner self in a technological world, the
transcendence of the soul in a digital world, it just sounds interesting to me.

Este es otro intento fallido de cartel de concierto, esta vez para el concierto de
The Strokes en la Ciudad de México. El arte se basa en mucha ciencia ficción y
arte retrofuturista de los años 80 combinado con mis propios temas, una
combinación nueva y extraña entre la espiritualidad y la máquina, el significado del
ser interior en un mundo tecnológico, la trascendencia del alma en un mundo
digital, suena interesante para mi.
